All products we offer are in stock and ready to be shipped out. When a product is out of stock this is clearly shown when ordering. Our products are also available in store, except for some bikes and frames because of the limited space. It is possible to pick up your product from the store from the next day onward. At the checkout you can choose this option and fill in the desired pickup date.
How do I place an order?
Click on the 'Order' button to place it in your cart.
Check the products in your cart and the quantity. Then click 'Order' or 'Continue Shopping' to checkout later.
Click on 'Login' to login on your account, check your name and address and choose your payment method
If you haven't got an account fill in the required fields and click on 'Register'.
All you have to do now is to check whether all the products you wanted are in your cart and whether your name and address are correct.
Then select your shipping method. Choose 'Shipping' or 'Pick up in Shop' when you want to pick up your order in our store. And don’t forget to fill in a pick-up date!
The Ogone pages will guide you through your payment. When you have chosen 'Payment in Shop' your order is already received by us and in process.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail and we will handle your order with love!
