Are all the products listed on your site in stock in your store as well?
Most of them are in our store as well, except for all the frames and completes. We simply don't have enough space in our store. If you want to be sure that the product you want is in the store, please make an online order and select “pick up in store”.

What info do I need for a bank transfer?
Please use our IBAN number NL57 INGB 0680 0425 20 and our bankcode BIC (Bank Identifier Code or SWIFT- code) INGBNL2A to speed up the transfer. Our bank address is: ING Bank Amsterdam, Foreign Operations, PO Box 1800, 1000 BV Amsterdam, The Netherlands. After receiving your payment, we will ship your order. .

What payment options do you offer in your store?
It’s possible to order online and pick up your order in our store at the Weteringsschans 221 in Amsterdam. You can pay in our store with cash, debit card (pin) and/or credit card.

Can you give me extra info about VAT/Tax?
All our prices are displayed inclusive 21% VAT (value added tax)
Orders from inside the EU will not have added taxes or customs fees to their orders.
Orders from outside the European Union do not have to pay this 21% VAT. So products in your cart are shown in Euro and without the 21% VAT. Local VAT, custom taxes and fees can be added by your authorities and are the customers responsibility.

Can I get free stickers? 
Hell yeah! Send us a self-addressed and stamped envelope and will send it back to you with stickers! You can also ask for some with your order. Just put it in "your comments".

Do you buy/sell second hand stuff?
No, we don't. If you want to sell or buy second hand stuff, try Marktplaats.nl.

Are the prices in the store the same as in the webshop?
Yes, they are!

What is your return policy?

  • Return within 14 days after receipt date.
  • Return with original invoice and packaging.
  • No returns on products that have been installed (including built-up bikes bought in our store cannot be returned).
  • The shippingcost of the returned goods are at your own expense
