Terms Giftcard

In addition to our General Terms and Conditions, the gift card conditions apply to gift cards issued by Soulcycle BMX shop. By using a Soulcycle BMX shop gift card, you accept these gift card conditions and commit to complying with them. These conditions apply to all gift cards issued by Soulcycle BMX shop, which are sold by Soulcycle BMX shop. For general and specific information regarding the use of this voucher, we refer you to our website or you can request it by sending an email to info@soulcycle.com.

  1. Each gift card is provided with a unique code. This can be a number code and/or pin code and/or text code. Each gift card is only issued once. You must keep the gift card (including the code) carefully. In case of theft (including the unauthorized use by third parties of the code) or loss (including accidentally deleting emails), no compensation will be provided. Only original gift cards and codes can be used and must be provided to Soulcycle BMX shop upon request. Soulcycle BMX shop reserves the right to only accept a gift card upon receipt of the original gift card (in the case of an electronic gift card, the email sent by Soulcycle BMX shop or a third party designated by Soulcycle BMX shop to you and containing the code) and to demand payment in cash in case of improper use.

  2. The nature, value, duration, expiry date and/or any other specific terms of use can be found on the gift cards/or in the communication (email) containing the code. Each gift card is valid for one year from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the gift card can no longer be used.

  3. Gift cards issued by Soulcycle BMX shop are only redeemable for products and/or services from Soulcycle BMX shop.

  4. The gift card cannot be exchanged for products used by Soulcycle BMX shop.

  5. Gift cards or their residual value cannot be exchanged for cash.

  6. The residual value of the gift card can be used for subsequent products/services. This value will be communicated after use of the gift card. The residual value is not transferable and can only be used by the same person who first used the gift card and during the validity period of the gift card from the date of issue.

  7. For gift cards that have already been used, all information regarding the code, residual value and expiry date can also be requested from Soulcycle BMX shop. You can send an email to info@soulcycle.com.

  8. If the total amount of the services is higher than the value of the gift card(s) used, the difference must be paid with one of the other payment methods.

  9. It is not allowed to modify, counterfeit, undermine or otherwise compromise gift cards or their operation (including hacking).

  10. Any (attempted) fraud or other unauthorized action will be recorded and will result in the use of gift cards being denied and a report of forgery being filed.

  11. It is not allowed to use gift cards in any way for commercial purposes and/or other purposes than for which they were issued.

  12. These gift card conditions may be amended from time to time. We recommend that you consult the gift card conditions each time before using a gift card. If you continue to use gift cards after the changes take effect, you accept the amended gift card conditions.

  13. For each order, you can redeem an unlimited amount of gift cards or a combination of a maximum of 1 discount code and an unlimited amount of gift cards.
