14 Day Return Period You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your order for an exchange or refund.
Original Packaging Required Returns must include the original invoice and packaging.
Installed Products Products that have been installed or used cannot be returned, including complete bikes purchased in-store.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
