- You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your purchase for an exchange or refund.
- Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and packaging.
- Products that have been installed cannot be returned, including built-up bikes bought in-store.
- The cost of shipping for returns is the responsibility of the customer.
